INNOVATION: OUR BEST DEFENSE
Like millions of Americans, we at the Dream Merchant were horrified and shocked by the events of September 11. Our hearts go out to the City of New York and we send our deepest sympathy to those who lost loved ones in the attack.
How much the American landscape changes will, of course, be the subject of speculation and debate in the coming months. But it appears likely that our way of life has been changed forever. Does that mean that our daily lives will necessarily be filled with gloom and depression?
No--gloom is often a choice and we remain free to choose a different path.
Since 1990, the Dream Merchant has been dedicated to fostering innovation and creativity in America. Creative business and innovative new products stimulate the markets and keep our economy healthy. In fact, a die-hard creative spirit is one way to continually declare our strength to those who wish to attack our way of life and our standard of living.
In addition, creative ideas and the ability to "think outside the box" in search of solutions are deeply woven into the American psyche. That innovation, if continually encouraged, can also discover solutions to our present dilemma. In that sense, innovation and invention become our best defense. The same spirit that put men on the moon can meet the challenges we now face.
The Dream Merchant is proud to be a part of that innovative spirit in America. We encourage you to pursue your great ideas with renewed passion and enthusiasm. Such energy can only make America stronger.
