How Can You Find the Best Sales Rep to Sell Your Products and Services? Start With Your Satisfied Customers.

The Best Ad for your company and its products is a satisfied customer. In fact, that customer can bring in new people, just by mentioning your company's name.

Satisfied customers KNOW all about you and your products. They have trusted you. They've taken a chance with you and have been pleased. Who better for you to take on as a Dealer or Agent, then a recently satisfied customer?

If you went out looking for someone to be your dealer or agent, you'd have to acquaint them with your company's products and services. Once that new prospective agent sees everything, they may still decide NOT to work with you. Then you need to begin again, searching for someone else. A Satisfied Customer is almost there. They've made a purchase and been pleased. They've seen what you offer. They ordered from you, liked what you sent and they've already told someone about you...or soon will.

The only thing is--They're NOT yet on your payroll. So make them an offer, tell them about the benefits, tell them how much they can make, remind them that they've seen your products, they've been pleased, and NOW you'd like to hire them. Provide that satisfied customer (your new dealer) with all the necessary tools (copies of your tested ads and literature) and send them out to sell for you. If THEY can't make money selling your products, No One Can!

So give that customer a chance to sell for you. Sign 'em up. Then turn them loose to sell your products and services.

Pardon the religious illustration, but that's just what Jesus did. He worked with 12 men, showed them his "business," told them how to have a more abundant life, then sent them into the world to preach and teach. Christianity is what it is today because of those 12 "satisfied customers." It's multiplication. Forget about adding satisfied customers to your list. Train a few of your recent customers and send them out to "do the same thing you are." They will help to sell others. And they will help to train others, to do what YOU taught them...and so will they...and on and on...

You will NEVER reach the whole world with the message about what you sell and why your product or service is so good. But you can reach many people. The problem is, you can't do it alone. So you must "reproduce" yourself. Train others to do what you're doing and help them get good at it. All you need is one person doing what you're doing and you've DOUBLED your business. Add a third (you and two others) and you've TRIPLED your efforts.

Am I making it sound too simple? Well...it is simple. It will take a little time to find a few people you can work with, people who have the same desires you have and it'll take some time to train them, but before long, you will have multiplied yourself. Now, if each of them do that again, you've grown from two to four to eight...and as everyone does it again, you're up to 16. It's NOT addition, it's Multiplication.

Recruit your Customers into your business, train them and send them out to do the same thing. Now you have a chance to reach the world!
